Human
Rights and Peace Foundation Nepal (HURPEF) is a non-profitable organization
formed as Human Right Organization by the citizens of various sectors
of civic society with the objective of preservation and protection of
human rights.
The duties and functions
of this organization is to punish any one those who deprive the rights
related to human rights announced in the treaty, sub-treaty, chartered
and proposals by the United Nations Organization. This organization
is trying to implement citizen and political rights, economical rights,
educational rights, religious rights, cultural rights without any
separation as behavior being in the Nepal's state side.
This organization will work to
provide special help for old citizens, children, helpless, diseased
and endangered people's right to survive in the civic society. This
organization will bring into practice the treaty of Nepal against
torture and if finds any one giving torture then it moves against
it and demand compensation. This also works on all types of tortures
against women.Children are the future of the country and for the bright
future of the children this organization will work for the freedom
of children abuse.
